Privacy policy
We teach people to be careful with data. It would be strange to run this site any other way.
Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
This website collects almost nothing. Specifically:
- Information you send us. If you fill in a form, we receive whatever you type — typically an email address and a message. That’s it. We ask for an email address and nothing else because nothing else is needed.
- No accounts, no logins. There is nothing to sign up for on this site.
- No advertising. We don’t run ads and we don’t embed advertising trackers.
- No selling or sharing. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and contains no advertising pixels. It is a set of static pages; there is no application server holding a session for you.
If we add analytics later, we will use a privacy-respecting service that does not sell data, does not track you across other websites, and does not require a consent banner. This page will say so before that changes.
Children’s information
Our programs serve children, and we take that seriously. We do not ask for children’s personal information through this website, and there is no form here intended for a child to complete. Program registration, if and when it happens, is handled separately with a parent or guardian and with the host organization, under their policies as well as ours.
Please don’t include personal information about students or library patrons in a message to us.
Where your message goes
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service and delivered to our email. We choose providers carefully and keep this arrangement minimal, but the submission does pass through a third party’s systems on its way to us.
Photos and video
We do not publish photographs or video of program participants without permission, and we follow the host organization’s policies as well as our own, including parent or guardian consent. You can ask us to remove an image of you or your child at any time and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@satorilearning.org and we will act on it.
If you joined the interest list and want off it, reply to any message from us and say so. There is no unsubscribe maze.
Who we are
Satori Foundation Inc. is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation. A federal 501(c)(3) application is in progress. Our contact address for anything on this page is info@satorilearning.org.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. We won’t quietly widen what we collect.
