Satori Foundation is led by a small board of trustees who believe access to technology education shouldn’t depend on where you live or what you can afford.

• Donal A. Bishnoi

  Founder, President & Executive Director

  Donal Bishnoi is the founder of Satori Foundation and a lifelong believer in the power of education, technology, and continuous learning to expand opportunity. A CFA charterholder with more than 16 years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, and risk, he has managed billions of dollars across institutional investment strategies and today serves as Founder and Principal of Vident Consulting.

  His work increasingly focuses on artificial intelligence, agentic systems, automation, and making emerging technologies useful in the real world.

  Satori Foundation grew from a simple belief: access to the technologies shaping the future should not depend on where someone works, what school they attend, or how much they can afford. His goal is to create an environment where children, adults, families, and community members can experiment, build, ask questions, and learn together.

• Prachi Sinha

  Secretary & Trustee

  Prachi Sinha serves as Secretary and Trustee of Satori Foundation, helping bring structure, thoughtful governance, and a community-first perspective to the organization.

  She is passionate about lifelong learning and the idea that education can create meaningful change well beyond the classroom. At Satori, she helps ensure the Foundation remains organized, accessible, and focused on its mission.

  Her vision for Satori is a welcoming organization where learning feels approachable — one that encourages children and adults alike to discover what they are capable of and gives them the confidence to keep learning.

• Philomena Sinha

  Treasurer & Trustee

  Philomena Sinha serves as Treasurer and Trustee of Satori Foundation, helping guide the Foundation with a focus on responsible stewardship, sustainability, and service to the community.

  She brings a genuine enthusiasm for education, learning, and helping others, and believes that some of the strongest communities are built when people share their experience, knowledge, and time with the generations around them.

  Her involvement reflects Satori's broader philosophy: technology is important, but people and community come first.

• Tanvi Bishnoi

  Outreach Director

  Tanvi Bishnoi serves as Outreach Director for Satori Foundation, leading efforts to connect the Foundation's programs with local families, schools, organizations, businesses, and community partners.

  A licensed New Jersey real estate professional, her work is rooted in people, relationships, neighborhoods, and understanding the communities she serves. She brings that same energy to Satori — building connections, listening to what families need, and helping turn ideas into programs that are welcoming and accessible.

  Her focus is ensuring that Satori does not simply teach technology, but creates a genuine community around curiosity, education, mentorship, and shared discovery.
